The manufacturing of the Trumpet line is entrusted to a 60 year old family owned factory that prides itself on its experienced and highly skilled craftsmen, proficient in producing the quality that Trumpet guarantees its discerning customers.

Entrepreneur Chirag Kothari has a passion for style and was always somewhat of a shoe fanatic! Recognizing that there were limited options in fashion footwear for the discerning Indian male, he wanted to step in with an exceptional product line that would fulfill this need.
Rejecting short cuts, Chirag immersed himself in researching every aspect in the production of premium quality footwear. To gain further expertise, he flew to Florence, Italy, the mecca of fine leather craftsmanship. In Florence he underwent an extended apprenticeship with Italy’s oldest and most venerated artisan, a man who has helped build major shoe brands in that country. Under the master’s guidance Chirag absorbed vital practical knowhow in the traditional art of handmade shoes. The key materials that should go into the core of the shoe to make it optimally durable and comfortable, is an example of the many secrets he learned.
Having returned home with renewed inspiration, Chirag incorporated what he had acquired into Trumpet Shoes, his brand of luxury footwear made by hand in India. Confident in his product and encouraged by the enthusiasm of his customers, Chirag Kothari aspires to take the Trumpet brand global.
