We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please note our shipping policy as follows: We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 5 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 10-14 working days, to ship the order. We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

No returns or refunds are allowed for any customised products and/or products purchased on discounted price. Because our shoes are hand-painted and couture-level creations, each shoe will have a unique hue and polish, and colour may differ slightly from the picture. No order can be cancelled or returned due to these differences

The customer can cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order.

The return / Replacement / refund policy is customer friendly so that you will feel more comfortable in making an online buying decision. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase of any of the ready made products, you can replace any merchandise bought from Trumpet within 7 days from the original date of delivery, provided that the article(s) being returned for exchange is unused, clean, and in their original state and packaging. All items should be couriered back to us within the 7 days. After confirming that the product is in its original condition along with the invoice and packaging the refund will be authorised. The shipping cost for the return is covered by the buyer.

Refunds are processed in 15 days by Cheque or NEFT, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.

At Trumpet, each piece is crafted with great care and attention to detail. If the item you receive is not the right fit or style for you, we are happy to assist with an exchange.

No Refund Policy

Please note that all purchases made on the Trumpet website are final and are not eligible for refunds.

Exchange

We offer exchanges in the following cases:
• Size exchange
• Style exchange
• Color exchange

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In original condition
• With all original tags and packaging intact

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the exchange subject to stock availability.

Credit Note

If you prefer not to exchange the product immediately, we can issue a credit note for the value of the returned item.
• The credit note can be used for any future purchase on the Trumpet website
• Credit notes are valid for 90 days from the date of issue

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos. Our team will arrange a replacement at the earliest.
